1:1 SUPPORT FROM AN INDUSTRY INSIDER

What is Springboard mentorship?

Mentorship is personalized learning instead of one-way teaching. Unlike a class instructor, who presents material once and expects you to grasp it, your mentor will work with you individually.

Your mentor will:

Working industry professionals who will help you achieve your goals

Mentorship makes the difference

Yes. The data doesn’t lie — mentorship provides a serious edge.

Professionals in mentorship programs are 5x more likely to be promoted and get a pay raise. (LinkedIn)

76% of professionals think mentors are important, but only 37% have one. (Forbes)

WHAT WILL YOUR MENTOR DO FOR YOU

How does mentorship work?

Finding mentors in the real world can be intimidating. At Springboard, we’ll do the hard work for you.

You’ll learn from the best to be your best

We’re extremely picky when it comes to our mentors.

Springboard accepts less than 10% of mentor applicants. Mentors must have a minimum of three years experience, and are rigorously tested for curiosity, resilience, adaptability, and like-ability.

Why? Because when you’re working 1-on-1 with somebody empathy and accessibility are just as important as expertise.

Hands down, the most valuable part of the Springboard experience was the mentorship and portfolio projects. I learned so much about data science and I felt supported whenever I ran into technical questions or projects that my team at work couldn’t help me on. THE MENTOR RELATIONSHIP

What is the mentor experience like?

For each student, the experience is different —the value of mentorship is unique and personal. Hear from a few of our students on the value they found in their mentor relationships.

Have questions?

Yes. All of Springboard’s courses are 100% online. That means you can learn in your space at your pace anytime, day or night. And just because you are learning online, doesn’t mean you are learning alone. With Springboard, you get a team committed to your success — one-on-one expert guidance from a mentor, a career coach to support you in landing the job you want, and a student advisor to help you navigate the ins-and-outs of the course. Plus, you’ll build connections with other ambitious students, just like you, who will be growing alongside and helping support you every step of the way.

Through this self-paced cybersecurity bootcamp, you can graduate as a cybersecurity professional in as little as 6 months by working approximately 15-20 hours a week.

We’ve built the curriculum to get you there, just put in the work, and you’ll build the skills you need — the ones hiring managers are looking for.

We’ve specifically designed this beginner-friendly bootcamp for those that are new to cybersecurity and those looking to enhance their skills. You must be at least 18 years old and have a strong proficiency in English to be admitted.
